The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. The terrace was nice, and the kitchen on the balcony even had a washing machine. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower for larger guests. Parking is a five‑to‑ten‑minute walk and only opens at 10:00.

The room turned out better than the photos – pleasant design, great terrace, good bed and furniture. In the morning the view from the terrace was fantastic, and in the evening it was a nice spot to relax outdoors. Hot water in the shower was available, the water pressure was good. You could wash clothes (a big plus if you’re on a beach holiday or just in the heat), and the shared kitchen let you wash fruit, cut things, and store food in the fridge. It was nice that toilet paper was available, and you could just grab it if needed. Walking to the city centre or the train station takes 7‑10 minutes, which is a plus. Nearby is a fantastic café with very tasty Diamante buns, and there’s a gym not far away if you need it. Dining nearby was pleasant at Pizzeria i Mancini and Nautilus Bar. The building has an elevator – very interesting. The air‑conditioner felt new but barely worked; on hot nights it was hard to get a good, powerful AC. The TV wouldn’t turn on no matter what you tried. Nobody cleaned the room in the seven days we stayed – no towel changes, no trash taken out, and not even from the shared kitchen. No one changed the bed sheets – very odd. A long‑reach vacuum could have removed cobwebs from the high ceiling. The terrace had no place to dry beach clothes; at least a couple of lines could have been set up (the shared balcony kitchen isn’t a great spot to hang things). In the last days of our stay, a group in two adjacent rooms played loud music, talked late on the terrace, and smoked e‑cigarettes throughout the building – luckily we left soon after. The interior door of the apartment could have the handle fall out; it should be repaired. In our bathroom, the shower door didn’t close fully, so water leaked a bit – that could be fixed. The big drain button also jammed – that could be repaired too.

I didn’t have breakfast. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool properly and was a bit too noisy.

The room looked very nice, was quiet and pretty clean, and for the price it was excellent! It was a bit far from the old town.
