The chalet offered two suitable rooms, was quiet, had a fridge, an electric kettle, a private bathroom that met our needs, and the staff were very helpful; the location was average and the setting relaxing, though the air‑conditioning was noisy, the double room felt cramped, the bathroom lacked a shower screen so it got completely wet after bathing and there were no drying accessories, and breakfast only featured an Indian‑style menu.

“Lovely Location, Great Property, Excellent Food”

In Panchvati, the reception staff, Mr A Das, was exceptionally well trained and courteous, always going out of his way to make sure guests were fully satisfied. You’re lucky to have him; people like him are usually snapped up by big-star properties. We’ll remember the human touch of our stay once the infrastructure was in place, and in our case that was this wonderful boy. The food inside was exceptional, though a bit overpriced.

The place is surrounded by lush green and serene scenery, clean, peaceful, with polite and supportive staff and delicious food—a perfect spot to rejuvenate. The downside is frequent power outages and rodents in the washroom.

Very quiet location, which is important in the hectic Chitrakoot. Friendly staff and very tasty food at the restaurant.

“Would stay here again next time”

The grounds were beautiful and full of greenery, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The dining room offered simple, healthy, and well‑cooked food, and everyone on the staff was genuinely friendly. Nothing was lacking.
