“Won't stay there again. Pick the Holiday in express lie I should have”
The staff was very nice. The location was convenient for where I needed to go. I chose this hotel because of the ratings. I just dont get it. When I arrived at the hotel around 830pm, the room was hot and the AC was turned off. The hole hallway was hot actually. I turned the AC on and put it to 66 degrees, the lowest it would allow me to set it for some reason and left to see a sick family member. I came back around 12:30am, and the room was cooler, but I still only 74 degrees. I figired it would keep.cooling down, so decided to go to bed. The room was warm all night and it took until about 9am for it to drop to 71 degrees. The king size bed was so uncomfortable. It was super springy and I kept rolling to the middle. But the worst part of the hotel room was that it was dirty! There were little hairs, like from a mans razor, all over the bathroom counter. Dry urine on the toilet seat and the floor was dirty. No one obviously cleaned this room or they used a dirty rag. I also opened a wash cloth to wash my face and there were also a few little black hairs in the towel. I didnt see all the hair until the middle of the night when I went to wash up because I was so tired from driving all day and the emotions of my sick family. I didnt want to get dressed again to move rooms, so I just went to sleep. When I complained about it in the morning at checkout, I showed photos, and brought the towel with the hair, that was obviously not mine, and they only offered 50% of my money back. That should have been a full refund. But regardless, the hotels rating not match the score or reviews on this page. It was aweful
