Got canceled by motel 6 because of water problems

“I did not stay at this property!”

Nothing went right, I got a phone call at 9:30 pm the night before we were supposed to leave that the hotel was cancelling on us and I had to find another place for us and our guests; on top of that I was hit with non‑refundable cancellation fees and when I tried to reach management I was told the property was changing owners and I was out of luck. If you know a hotel has no running water, don’t let people book rooms only to be cancelled! I went to the hotel to talk to management about my bill and saw the sticker on the door that they were shut down by the county for not paying their water bill—doors were open but nobody was inside.

“we DID NOT STAY. The motel was closed down.”

Nothing good, the motel was shut because of a water problem. I was told Booking didn’t give me my phone number, so I didn’t know before I checked in, and Booking’s service was poor.

The facility was closed, Booking took my reservation anyway; 99 % of Williams was sold out so I almost had to sleep in my car but I found a room last minute for three times the price. It’s not Motel 6’s fault, it’s Booking’s fault, but they won’t reply to my messages. How they handled this.
