“A nice space, just not a great one.”
The location was great, right near the BTS lines, with local food right outside the front door, and easy access to local shops and affordable laundry services. It wasn’t too far from the airport, which made our stay easier. There was a well‑equipped kitchen where we could heat meals and wash bottles. The staff were friendly when we spoke to them. The room was rather small and not the best presented; the walls were dirty, nails were hanging off them, and the bed was extremely firm with a couple of marks on the sheets. The room was clean, but it was clear that maintenance wasn’t a top priority. No laundry services were provided, though a local laundry was less than 30 seconds away. The bath mats weren’t great; after a few uses they started holding water, making the marble‑like floor in the bathroom slippery. I ended up picking up the bath mats myself and drying the floor to prevent slips. The toilets were fine, though they weren’t cleaned daily and the toilet paper bin wasn’t emptied. For what we paid, it wasn’t value for money.
