From the comfy beds to the sparkling pool, everything was great; Jesus at reception was truly attentive. I just wish they had put the two double beds in the same room (I wasn’t traveling with kids).

Nothing good; the pictures are definitely misleading, the room was on a steep slope, not clean, the duvets and beds were poor quality, the fridge didn’t work, you’re forbidden from running the AC for long, it smells damp. They charge VAT separately, and at checkout they treat you like a criminal, asking you to accompany them to check for missing items.
