The location and the owner Marco and his sister were great, but I had to share my room with others in the same apartment.

A spacious room with beautiful décor, the San Carlo Theater room had a lovely balcony overlooking a lively street with terraces; truly a must‑visit. The host arranged a well‑guarded parking garage just under 100 m away, and the antique lift in the stairwell added character. Naples is quite lively, so expect a fair amount of city noise.

“Un lugar estratégico y adecuado para alojarse en Napoles”

The place is excellently located, safe for walking at night, and the elevator and taxi stand are only two blocks away. The room offered excellent sound insulation; even though the street was full of noisy restaurants, the noise didn’t reach the room, and the large windows let in plenty of natural daylight. Cleaning was regular, the beds were comfortable, and the accommodation was part of the second floor of an old but well‑maintained building, with modernly renovated rooms. Breakfast was served at the corner café, which had good quality food and friendly staff, but the selection was very basic—just coffee and pastries like brioche or croissant. Inside the accommodation there was a reception desk, but we never saw anyone there; other B&Bs have staff to talk to in the mornings. The building’s reception, which handled the whole building (including several office floors), answered queries quickly via WhatsApp, and there was a lady at the entrance on weekdays in the morning and afternoon.

“Di sicuro lo tengo presente per futuri soggiorni a Napoli”

The hotel is very original, clean, in a great location, and the staff is very friendly. The building itself, the uniquely decorated and large room, and everything else are all excellent.
