The staff, especially Srta Melena and her supervisor at reception and the cafeteria‑restaurant, were attentive to our needs. However, the air conditioning kept failing, forcing me to switch rooms, and the laundry service delivered my clothes the following day instead of the day before.

Service was good, breakfast was outstanding, and the pool, spa, and gym were excellent. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet ran out of food quickly.

The location was convenient, the facilities were solid, and the staff were helpful. Room service lagged a bit, and there was only one vegetarian option at breakfast.

The view was great even in a standard room, the staff were good, all equipment worked, and the location in the city was convenient, though construction on the street made access a bit difficult. The hotel concept was confusing with many routes and different elevator shafts that didn't lead to the same destination; the fitness studio was uninspiring, hot, and had few machines; the pool area could have been better, and access was only via the floor with seminar rooms, forcing a mix of bathers and business travelers.
