The weather during our stay was fantastic—sunny and warm every day, which made exploring the area a real pleasure.

Called to double‑check the reservation and was told the rate had been altered because the online site supposedly made a mistake. Suddenly the nightly price jumped by about three times what was originally quoted.

The property looks exactly like the photos—charming and well‑kept—but the distance to the nearby hot springs was misrepresented. It was listed as a short 2.2 km walk, yet the actual trek is closer to 6.2 km over a rough path. Still a great pick if you’re heading to Salinas or just want to stay out of town.
