Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center

The location is beautiful and quiet, right in the middle of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Laguna Beach, and close to many events. I requested housekeeping, but they didn’t have enough staff, so I asked for fresh towels at least, and they didn’t bring them either. The breakfast was below average.

“Overall value for money.”

This was my second visit; the first had no problems, but the latest stay had a leaking sink that was fixed right away when I asked. The complimentary breakfast and overall service were great, and the hotel stayed clean and tidy. I’d definitely return to California, though it would be nice to have room service every day.

“Pretty good”

The spot is great for the airport and nearby restaurants. They claim an airport shuttle, but it’s actually handled through Lyft. We checked in at 3 pm and asked about the shuttle for a 4 am flight. They said they’d arrange it via Lyft, set a 3:45 am pickup, and sent me a confirmation text. At 3:40 am I was outside looking for that text, but it was gone. I couldn’t contact Lyft directly because the hotel organized it. The front desk said the driver had cancelled and would set up another, and I finally received a text saying the ride would arrive in 20 minutes. We reached the airport around 4:15 am, cleared security on time, but the issue remains: if the hotel relies on Lyft for its shuttle, it must ensure it works.

Davvero vicino all’aeroporto e comodo anche per i fast food in zona. Hanno navetta gratuita per aeroporto e il parcheggio gratis. Gentilissimi
