The location was great, but we booked a package that promised breakfast and a $20.00 food voucher; breakfast wasn’t offered and the voucher never appeared on our final bill even after we asked at checkout, so the promised perks were missing.

“Great aesthetic and location, but penny pinches at every opportunity. Wouldn’t come back.”

I was shocked by the hidden fees—everything basic cost extra, even parking in Tampa, which ended up $40 per night instead of the advertised $20, totaling $160 for me and my guest before tips; the TV didn’t work, towels were scarce, the shower lacked a door, and overall the place felt low‑grade for the price, especially compared to Ritz‑Carlton; the staff promised to follow up on a missing item but never did.

Remodeled nice decor in a bigger room than usual. Even though it said breakfast included what we had was a $20 voucher that cover less than half of the cost
