The place was nice, the breakfast was great, and the pool with a slide plus a jacuzzi was perfect after a hike in Banff. The staff were polite and check‑in was quick and easy. The room turned out to be a lot bigger than I expected. The carpet in the room felt a bit old and very worn, but it was still acceptable.
