“Lovely and welcoming”

The location was perfect with shops and the beach close by, the staff and the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and always ready to help, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, the laundry service was high quality and affordable, and it’s a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Senggigi.

The Wi‑Fi was solid and the spot was convenient with plenty of nearby comforts. However, the curtains and walls were moldy, the musty smell seeped into the room, cleaning only happened at checkout, the sink was tiny and clogged when the water pressure increased, and the bidet smelled of sulfur.

I love coming back to this place, the view was full and the sunset on the rooftop was beautiful.

The rooftop pool, ceiling fan over the bed, hot water, friendly staff, and good location were positives, but I had to change rooms twice because of ants, the shower was smelly, none of the AC units worked, the windows faced walls so no sunlight, a clear tunnel on the rooftop let reception see up your skirt, and there was no daily room cleaning.
