“Wir haben uns insgesamt gut erholt.”

It was great. The gym was good. Food was tasty, varied, and plenty. Parking available. Friendly with a coffee machine and capsules in the room. Cleanliness was lacking in the entrance area, corridors, and stairwell. Used towels were left in the sauna. No broom to sweep yourself. I booked a business package. The last breakfast only had a lunch pack, no fresh drinks (coffee, juice). The business staff were very helpful. Initially there were problems loading the room cards (several attempts were needed before it finally worked).

“Hotel eigentlich tiptop, organisatorisch noch ausbaufähig, Personal vor Ort wäre wohl nützlich, damit alles reibungslos”

Family room with a separate bedroom for the kids, good breakfast, private parking. The room wasn’t ready at 5 pm, the KONUS guest card was only available a day late upon request – unfortunately no on‑site staff were available, but the phone staff were helpful and we received compensation.

Modernes Zimmer.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean and cozy, the staff friendly and helpful. The parking right next to the hotel was especially convenient. Overall a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We’ll come back!

Good value for money. Lack of cleanliness, insufficient staff, not all employees speak German.
