The room was comfortable, dinner was exceptional, check‑in was hassle‑free, and the staff were very accommodating.

My room was upgraded to include air‑conditioning and a TV, but there was no electricity the entire night to use these items. The fact that there was no electricity the entire night was a major issue.

I stopped in Johannesburg for a layover and decided to stay here; the location was spot on and I liked the whole experience. Nothing to complain about.

I didn’t have many highlights, but the staff were friendly. The place felt more like a basic motel, with constant noise from guests arriving at all hours and the rooms echoing.
