The property was fine as usual, but the reception staff were awful. They were very rude when we arrived, even though this was our fifth stay; they got our room wrong after we pointed out the one we wanted, shouted at us, and refused to help me with my charger that I had left in the room last time. We’ve booked here over five times and this visit was the worst ever.

The space was clean and the room was large, but the TV in room 5 didn’t work.

The room was clean, but they moved me to a different place because the room I had paid for was supposedly fully booked.
