“Really lovely hotel in a perfect central location .”
The room was excellent, with quality furniture, a first‑class bed, and a great bathroom. The only drawback was the parking, which is basically a paid service rather than a free hotel perk.

The room was fantastic, the reception was super friendly! Breakfast was also fantastic! Everything was amazing!
“City centre stay”
Good sized rooms, comfortable bed and great shower. Complimentary tiffin and glass of port. Hotel in great location for city centre, rooms characterful and not bland like some chain hotels!. We were given someone else's room to start with, but quickly sorted with a revisit to reception
The location was great. The indoor room had a skylight.

Everything was perfect! I’ve rarely stayed in a room as pretty as room #1, the Art Deco style is superb down to the smallest details. Cleanliness was impeccable. The large room had a wardrobe, a Nespresso machine, and a vintage radio that we could plug our iPhone into for music. The bathroom’s shower alcove was gorgeous, with excellent shower products. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and I really liked the hardwood floor. I recommend this place 100 %. The value for money is amazing and the staff are smiling and helpful. I left an item in the bathroom and the staff sent it back to me by mail all the way to Switzerland—what a service! Thanks again!
