Daffodil Restaurant & Holiday Resort

We feel very comfortable at the DAFFODIL and keep coming back. The food is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Thank you for everything.

“Good for a night or 2.”

A nice little balcony to sit outside, good location, and a great restaurant below with excellent tuna and good value for money, but it’s quite noisy being above the restaurant and next to a busy street. I got a welcome drink on arrival, but beyond that there was no communication or chat with anyone. The room was very small – fine for one night, but there are better options nearby.

The room was ideal and quiet even though it’s right in the main area, the food in the restaurant was lovely, and it’s a short walk to the beach 😀. Wi‑Fi in the rooms was poor, but that’s not a deal‑breaker; you should be enjoying your trip, not checking emails 🤣.

The room was good – clean, with a balcony, and close enough to the beach. The staff didn’t manage to check us in on time, demanded payment, and the price was higher than advertised on Booking by 2.5 %. At checkout they again tried to take payment. There was no water heater, so we never had hot water (only barely warm). During a power outage from 11 to 17:30 the hotel had no backup diesel generator, leaving us in the rain without electricity or internet – the internet promised in the description was not available, and when we asked for the Wi‑Fi password they said it didn’t work. There were no drying racks for clothes.

The accommodation is excellently located, the breakfast is super tasty, and the crew on site is incredibly friendly! I’ll definitely come back again!!!
