“Reposant”

The location, tranquility, and staff kindness are great, but the wait time at the restaurant in the evening is a downside.

We stayed at Kottawatta for one night, my second time here; the location is amazing, quiet and peaceful, rooms tidy and clean, breakfast delicious and service incredible—I’d give Dilana 10 stars for his service and kindness; until next time.

“Okay, but will not return”

The room was nice and large with a great bed, and the whole complex looks very nice, plus you can get a fish massage in the fish pond; however the pool didn’t look clean, the bathroom is outside which is fine until you see the insects, especially the high number of mosquitoes; we booked a six‑hour morning safari and were told our room would be available afterward so we didn’t need to rush checking out at 12:30, but after the safari we returned and got a call five minutes later asking us to hurry up with checking out; if they hadn’t said the room would be available afterward we would have made sure everything was ready—won’t return.

“Cool”

The staff and the pool are good, but the beds are not.
