Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet the guest's basic expectations, resulting in a disappointing and frustrating stay. The lack of English-speaking staff, limited payment options, and unsatisfactory room conditions made for a less-than-ideal experience. Overall, the guest was left feeling unimpressed and unlikely to return.
