The central location was great. The breakfast left something to be desired.

The location is convenient. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all. Breakfast was subpar, and the service in the basement breakfast room was poor. It seemed the large hotel was run by a very small staff.

The hotel sits in the middle of Enna. The décor and furnishings are stylish, and the newly fitted rooms boast good quality beds and bathrooms. Nothing to complain about; we were pleased to find that the negative online reviews were unfounded.

I was able to park right outside the hotel in one of the available spots, which was convenient given the central location and the nearby cathedral. The hotel is large, but the room was surprisingly small; it did have tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and Wi‑Fi, and it was spotless with a nice view of the town. Breakfast was adequate, offering the usual cereals, breads, and cakes, but there were few meat and cheese options, and the hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon were actually cold. With so few guests in such a large hotel, the easy parking made sense.
