Breakfast was fine, the food selection was average, the rooms were relatively small and the shower cubicle was insufficiently equipped (no space for shampoo, shower gels, etc.). The staff were very nice and helpful, the atmosphere felt like a family home, a beautiful place with a view of Sněžka. The facilities are not typical of a mountain chalet (more office‑style), watch the dinner price if you don't have half‑board (we paid 640 Kč for potato pancakes with a small green salad for two). The rooms are small, the bathroom is small and poorly equipped.

The location is beautiful, in a quiet and picturesque area with a breathtaking view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice.

Very clean, great breakfast, peaceful surroundings, perfect for hiking trips. I’m leaving with a smile!

It really feels like a family atmosphere, and I felt warmly welcomed. The blueberry dumplings were amazing.
