The staff were friendly and gave a good vibe. Breakfast featured local dishes, and I personally loved the "tororo". Walking from the station takes about five minutes, so it's close enough. I understand it might be inevitable, but the facilities look a bit old. The large bath is open to everyone, not just guests, and because many people use it, slippers get mixed up frequently, making the atmosphere feel very public, which may not suit everyone (you might want to research this beforehand).
