“Good stay in Alanya with potential to improve.”

The hotel sits just a minute from the beach and a 10‑minute walk from the bus stop, with a stylish design and a good restaurant that offers a 10% discount to guests; breakfast was decent and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. However, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, the room Wi‑Fi was weak, and despite the nice décor the room lacked basic items like a chest‑level mirror, a second remote for two AC units (which I had to request), enough toilet paper for three people, hand towels, a missing shower component, and the promised fruit was absent. The elevator also moved slowly.
