The location was great, but the building is old and not what I expected from Aloft; the elevator was broken, and the carpet looked worn and dingy.

The room was clean, but it was tiny, the bathroom door didn’t close, the sink wouldn’t drain, the light above the bed was out, and it was extremely loud at night—though it was a Saturday evening in Cleveland, so that’s understandable.
