Very cozy and clean. It isn’t as close to the Medina or Plaza Jma El Fna as the comments said; it’s actually a bit farther away.

The employees, especially Houssain, were so friendly and helped us with everything. Nothing to add.

The staff were very kind and helpful, explaining a bit how to get the breakfast out, which was simple and delicious. The location is a drawback, but otherwise everything was perfect.
