La Pilarica feels like a dream spot with total silence and a mountain view that lets you watch sheep roam. The new owners, Tristány and his brother Iñaki, run the place with care, and Iñaki's chef skills bring a daily gourmet twist. The blend of nature and fine dining was unforgettable.
