Henry Venis, the room boy, was helpful—thanks Henry! The room air‑conditioner worked well. However, there was no lift and no shower in the bathroom. When we arrived, the man at reception didn’t know about our reservation and said we’d come by mistake, so we had to verify the address. The rooms were empty, so we finally got a room. He also didn’t know about the website. The floor in the room was sticky and the bathroom floor was slimy; the owner should inspect room 304. An angry 25‑year‑old man poured all his rage at me just for asking to move the van at the entrance, which I didn’t expect.

The experience was average. Bed sheets should be provided along with blankets.

Check‑in and check‑out were convenient and could be arranged on request; no advance payment was required when booking online. The room was spacious and large, with a clean and hygienic bathroom, a TV, and AC. One of the beds was uneven, causing discomfort to my back. The hotel is very far from the bus stand and tourist/shopping areas.

I was able to leave my backpack after check‑out. At 7 am the receptionist entered the room while we were sleeping to give us two towels.
