“Secret little hideaway that I will stay at again for sure”

Everything we needed for a perfect stay was there—renovated to modern standards, a full mirror, king bed, air conditioning, and a fridge. The only downside was loud road noise from US 2; maybe better insulation and a better door would help.

After a long drive from Virginia to Seattle, The Inn at Shady Pines was exactly what we needed. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and peaceful—one of the best overnight stops on this trip. We loved parking directly in front of our room, making unloading the car after hours on the road a breeze. Traveling with a dog can be stressful, but their pet‑friendly setup was a huge bonus and made us feel welcome. The property has a cozy, quiet vibe, and you can tell the owners truly care about the experience. If you’re passing through Saint Ignace and need a relaxing place to recharge, I can’t recommend this spot enough. We’d absolutely stay here again! No complaints.

“Would love to stay again soon”

This place really delivered on cleanliness and friendliness. The staff were super welcoming and the breakfast was great. We even brought our dog along and he had plenty of space to run around. The outside area was spotless too. We'd definitely stay here again.
