I had an amazing vacation at Pickalbatros Sea World Marsa Alam; the service and care throughout the resort made us feel happy, comfortable, and welcomed, a rarity to find anywhere. My kids were thrilled, and seeing them enjoy every moment added to the holiday’s specialness. The resort offers something for everyone—quiet spots to relax and plenty of entertainment, activities, and fun, striking a balance that suits all types of guests. I thank the entire team for their hard work and the wonderful memories. The reception staff were professional and warm, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, animation team, and lifeguards all did an outstanding job. The lifeguards deserve extra kudos for being always present and attentive, giving me peace of mind while the kids swam or enjoyed the sea. The whole hotel is clean and well cared for, with attention to even the smallest details from gardens to overall atmosphere. These little touches make a big difference, and I truly appreciate the effort to make guests feel good. This isn’t a place I’ll say goodbye to; I’ll rather say “See you again soon, my favourite place!” ❤️ Thank you for everything and for giving us such beautiful memories. We will definitely return.

Everything was fine; Omar by the pool in front of rooms 5000 was perfect, and Mr. Hitham el Sawah was always ready to help whenever we needed something—thanks to him.

Honestly, this was one of the best resort experiences I’ve had; I travel a lot, but my stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort Marsa Alam truly blew me away. You can tell right away that a hotel is run by top‑tier, highly experienced management when everything flows so smoothly from the moment you arrive. The first impression at reception was amazing—everyone was super welcoming, positive, and genuinely friendly, showing clear, extensive training. Highlights: the room was beautiful, and housekeeping kept everything spotless; the food across all restaurants was delicious with plenty of variety each day; the animation team was energetic, positive, and fun to be around. The entire staff works hard, and you can see they genuinely care about their jobs and guest happiness. That level of hospitality doesn’t happen by accident; management clearly puts a ton of effort behind the scenes. Finding this level of service is rare these days, even for frequent travelers. If you’re thinking about booking here, just do it—you won’t regret it. Huge thanks to management and the whole team for making this trip so special!

I had an exceptional experience with the Patros (Sea World) team, from the warm reception to the refined service by Guest Relations and all the staff. Every detail was spotless and orderly, the food varied and of high quality. The offers and activities added a delightful touch, making the stay enjoyable and full of pleasant vibes. Their focus on guest comfort and satisfaction was evident, and I especially want to thank Mr. Ramadan Mohamed for his taste, care, and excellent demeanor—he truly stood out and made the experience even better and more beautiful. The sea view and room view were fantastic, the staff were excellent, and everything was clean and professional. I had a great stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer 😂😘
