“Excelente ubicación. Difícil dormir”

The proximity to the hill and the hot pool were nice. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. A lot of noise came in through the window. At night we could hear the after‑party music until 2 a.m. and at 5 a.m. the snow was being cleared with shovels and crowbars. Although these are external issues, the infrastructure should consider and improve soundproofing.

“Hotel familiar con buena ubicación”

The location is unbeatable if you’re planning to go skiing, and the hotel staff are always attentive and ready to help. The Wi‑Fi signal could be better.

The owners waited for us until the early morning for check‑in because our flight was delayed; we were treated very well, the breakfast was excellent and the setting felt welcoming.
