The building is bad, the water is dirty, and the AC is too cold.

Nothing. No staff available to help. The amenities are incomplete—you literally have to leave to get a cup of coffee.

The photos didn't match the actual room setup. The bathroom and room were dirty, and we had to ask for a cleaner to re‑clean. Furniture was damaged with cracks and mould in wall corners. The resort looks nice, but the rooms, furniture, and décor really need a serious update. The price I paid was far from good value. The rooms, bathroom, presentation, décor, damaged furniture, and unclean bathroom did not match the pictures, and the exterior of the room/hut also needs maintenance.
