The bed and pillows were comfortable for me, and the staff were friendly. However, the place was old and lacked cleanliness.

The booking was cancelled; there were two reservations, one of which wasn’t confirmed. The WhatsApp number 7 didn’t work, there was no chat response, and I was very disappointed. The WhatsApp was hard to reach and the stay was a let‑down. I’ve been a member for years; please fix and activate the WhatsApp so communication can happen.

It’s located in the heart of town, but the cleaning could use some improvement.

The location is very close to the Cirebon city square, but the bathroom in the room is cramped.
