The host was extremely kind and helpful, though there was a partially blocked basin in the bathroom that was a minor annoyance.

The reception staff—two women running the hotel—were very friendly and even escorted me to the bus station; room 19 had a large terrace overlooking the square and kids playing football, the small pool was clean and pleasant, a bridge left of the hotel leads to a charming neighborhood before reaching shops, cafés, and patisseries, and the botanical garden is a 20‑minute walk in that direction (best visited in the morning); the only issues were the faucet that turns and floods the sink, and slightly soft pillows.

The room had a balcony, and there were no other problems.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, though a few small windows that let in light couldn't be covered, which might bother some guests but isn't a major problem.
