“Great property, but the location is unsafe for solo female travelers”

The property was good for the price, staff were really friendly and helpful, but the location is unsafe for solo female travelers. The property itself is great and very close to Termini Station, but as a woman who often travels alone, I wouldn’t stay here again. Even with all the police around, I didn’t feel safe walking in this area at all. During both day and night, men everywhere were completely disrespectful, whistling and harassing me no matter what I was wearing. I felt so unsafe that I had to carry something sharp every single time I was coming back to the property just in case. They didn’t get close because I didn’t give them a chance, but they couldn’t keep their mouths shut. Women, please be aware of this when booking this property: the accommodation is great, but the location is not safe for us.

The highlight of this place is its excellent location—right next to Roma Termini main station, where buses and trains to many Italian cities, airports, and tourist buses to the capital’s attractions depart. The room is modest but spacious and clean, with everything needed, a comfortable bed, a bathroom, clean towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a kettle. Friendly staff and hassle‑free check‑in. The only downside is the TV lacks smart features, so Netflix couldn’t be turned on.

Conveniently located near Roma Termini and close to all necessary services. The staff were very kind and friendly; the reception manager was welcoming and helpful. No negative words. In reality, it’s good for a short stay, doesn’t stand out among others, but is fine for those who know how to be content. I was still left feeling positive!

Excellent location, staff super friendly and available. The room had everything, but perhaps the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The location and the TV were fine, nothing more. The listing was misleading, claiming a 50 m² quadruple room when it was well under 20 m². The price was steep for what I got. The bathroom was so tiny it lacked a bidet and barely fit a sink. The washbasin was almost invisible. Inside the room there was no table or place to set luggage, which stayed on the floor because there was no wardrobe to put clothes in; the only thing was a small hook for a trouser. I couldn’t move around the room without bumping my feet on the bed. It was a room for two, not four, and I later saw that the same room had been listed for three people elsewhere.
