“A Catastrophic Stay in Thailand”

I had an absolutely disastrous stay in Thailand, which I never expected. The hotel's remote location made it difficult to access, and the staff's lack of English skills made communication nearly impossible. Upon arrival, I was handed a random room key without any proper check-in procedure, and what I found inside was a mess: clutter, ants, and a smelly quilt.

“A Disappointing and Unresolved Issue”

I was left feeling frustrated and confused after my encounter with the hotel owner, who claimed that I didn't have a reservation despite showing him proof of payment. He even went so far as to say that I wasn't the only one who had experienced this issue, which only added to my sense of injustice. It's clear that the hotel bears some responsibility for this problem, and I think the booking platform should remove this hotel from their list.

“A Frustrating and Unacceptable Experience”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff, who spoke little to no English, failed to provide me with the room I booked, and the hotel's system seemed to be disconnected from the booking platform. As a result, I had to find a new hotel on the day of my booking, and the hotel didn't even accept me as a customer. It's clear that this hotel has some serious issues that need to be addressed.

I'm still trying to figure out what I liked about this hotel, because the owner refused to let me check in, claiming that I didn't have a reservation. Despite showing him proof of payment, he insisted that I leave, which I felt was unfair. I'm still waiting for a refund, and I think the hotel's behavior was completely unjust.
