The service quality was very high. The food and restaurant level were low for the standard.

The hotel was magnificent, the staff excellent, the gym superb, the desserts great, and there was a wide variety of dishes. Some dishes could have better flavor.

Everything was good, and I want to thank Ajar for helping us when a technical issue on the website caused trouble with our booking. We also had a difficult flight and lost our luggage; the staff welcomed us and arranged rooms while our bags were found, and the view from the room was stunning. My kids were thrilled, and I must mention the quality of the beach loungers. The beach was clean, service right at the shore, and the lounge area was excellent. I really liked the restaurant concept, where food could be ordered if we missed the buffet. In general, at the breakfast restaurant, flies were flying around.
