The location was great, parking was easy to find, and most necessities were available. Communication was a bit slow, but the self‑check‑in worked well. Cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom, and it was quite noisy in the early morning (church bells and wall‑to‑wardrobe noise). A thicker, larger blanket would have been useful.

I booked a two‑night stay. On the first night I never received the Key Box opening code. When I arrived, I tried calling the staff but got no answer until the next morning, when I finally received the code. I had to book another hotel and received no refund for the missed first night.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, the shower was practical, and the room was clean and cozy. The bedroom window lacked a curtain, an extra blanket would have been appreciated, a water bottle would have been handy, the coffee machine didn’t have pods, and a roll of scotch‑tape for the kitchen would have been nice.

“Fantastico i miei ospiti si sono sentiti a loro agio ed è piaciuta molto la camera”

The room wasn’t too small, tidy and fresh. The only drawback was the early‑morning sun. Nothing else went wrong; everything was beautiful.
