The venue is simply sumptuous; even though we didn’t get good weather, the hotel is gorgeous! The staff are attentive and respond very quickly to our needs, but the only downside is the food, which is quite basic for a 4‑star hotel, and the value for money is not appealing.

The staff were extremely courteous and fulfilled every request with a smile. The location on the Paranà offered a beautiful view from the restaurant and breakfast overlooking the river, and all rooms faced the greenery. It was very quiet at night. However, because it rained a lot during our stay and the path to the restaurant is only partially covered, you need an umbrella or raincoat. The bathroom works, but it feels a bit dated.

A good place to sleep, exceptional silence. The bathroom was an issue.
