I'm still trying to process how a property can get its location so wrong, and to make matters worse, the contact number was dead. I spent ages trying to find the place, but it was nowhere to be found. I'm starting to wonder if this was even a legitimate listing. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Worst place to Stay 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. The hotel services are really pathetic. The A/C is not working properly. There are frequent power outages, and the staff does not start the generator. electricity has been out for 2 hrs from 4am to 6am apart from that in a day it's out 3 to 4 times. There is no internet, the internet is only available after the staff is contacted.My stay is for 12 days and was my 6th day. Families with kids should stay away from this hotel. POWER CUTS IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER JOKE: I have raised 5 complaints standard message, and the number provided is direct booking number

The property is spacious. The rooms were very dirty. No bedsheets used, they have the mattress cover which is to be considered as bedsheets as well and this cover had lots of stains. The blanket was very dirty with too much of stains. They never wash the bedsheets and blanket covers. The bathroom was very dirty and hade yellow stains on floor tiles. The taps were also broken and shower was rusted and it was non functional. Dirt water supply which also stinks, may there overhead tanks needs to be cleaned

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was a bit of a nuisance. The staff, however, were absolute stars - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their warm smiles and helpful attitude made a huge difference to our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of pastries, bread, and hot dishes.
