Summer Lodge Country House Hotel

“5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert!”

We had a wonderful stay at the Summer Lodge Country House Hotel. The entire staff’s extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness made our visit perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and exudes a unique charm. The spa area is very well maintained and inviting for relaxation, and we also enjoyed the quiet setting amid the idyllic landscape. If you’re looking for rest, excellent service, and a stylish atmosphere, this is the place.

“Pleasant but not good VFM”

The staff were delightful and the spa facilities were very good, though the changing rooms fell short of expectations. The room smelled musty and felt worn.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with every staff member genuinely wonderful. At check‑out, freshly baked biscuits and water bottles for the trip home added a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. 😁

“A peaceful and elegant retreat in the depths of Dorset”

Such a lovely place, full of old‑fashioned charm—slightly dated, but that was part of its style, which we liked—lovely chintz! The pool was beautiful, the food excellent, and the gardens lovely.

“A highly professional see up - every little detail seen to.”

The location, staff, food, and swimming pool were all excellent, making it a place I’ll return to. Nothing really stood out as negative, though the price is high, which I suppose is justified.
