“Soggiorno piacevole a capodanno”

The property was clean and the owner was helpful. We had originally booked a different apartment that didn’t have a working boiler, but the owner moved us to another unit and fixed the issue. The price is a little high, but since we stayed on New Year’s Eve it’s understandable. The building feels a bit old and some things could be improved given the steep cost.

The house is pretty nice, but the electrical system is faulty or unacceptable. It’s a charming Tuscan property that would have been better suited for a pool investment. The Chianti wine is excellent.

The location is great, freedom to move around, and the pool is nice. Even though it’s hot outside, the inside feels like the air conditioning is working. The two bedrooms are cramped, the bathroom is tiny—almost for one person only. There’s no kettle, and the bedding is only thin sheets, so it gets cold at night on cooler days.

The surrounding scenery is beautiful. The listing said there were two bathrooms, which is essential for our group of six, but we found only one, and it’s very small. If we’d known there was just one bathroom we wouldn’t have booked. Otherwise everything was fine and the welcome was good.

It’s very secluded and quiet. The downside is that it’s a long way outside the town.
