We had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse, thanks to the friendly and welcoming hostess. The room was spacious and equipped with a brand-new air conditioner, which was a nice touch. The next morning, she even had coffee ready for us, which was a lovely gesture. However, the room did have a bit of a musty smell, probably due to moisture, and the mattresses were unfortunately quite thin and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good stay for one night.

“Parfait”

This logement is a real gem, with a spotless and secure environment. The host is adorable and full of good advice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Puerto pricessa.

“Terrible la experiencia. La estancia no la valoro porque no nos dieron habitacion”

I was shocked and disappointed when the establishment cancelled my reservation just one day before my stay, without offering any alternative. Since then, I've been trying to get a refund, but they've been unresponsive. It's a shame, because it's clear they don't take customer service seriously. To add insult to injury, they sent me a survey asking me to rate my stay. I'm extremely dissatisfied and demand a refund and an apology.

“böyle bir otel yok”

I showed up at this place late at night, expecting to check in, but the owner told me they no longer work with Oyo and wouldn't give me a room. However, they managed to organize another place for me to stay, and I didn't have to pay for it. Unfortunately, I still had to wait for another couple of hours to get some rest.

We booked two rooms for a night, but things didn't go as planned. I'd warned them we'd be arriving late due to our 2am flight, but when we got there, the gate was shut and nobody was there to let us in. We tried calling multiple numbers, and eventually someone told us they were fully booked and our reservation had been cancelled. With no other options in the middle of the night, one of us had to climb over the gate, and to our surprise, someone came out and told us the same thing.
