Hotel Veneza

The hotel was very good, with super polite and helpful attendants. I’d only suggest adding a breakfast buffet like other hotels, because tastes vary and a buffet with variety would be nice, even if it meant a small extra fee included in the room rate.

The price was quite affordable. However, the room lacked furniture—no chair or table—and the bathroom didn’t have hanging accessories for clothes or other items.

The place was absolutely terrible—smelly, dirty, and looked like a dump, with conditions so bad it felt unsanitary. The service was awful, the location dreadful, and the environment frightening; there was no accessibility for seniors, wheelchair users, or people with disabilities. It felt like stepping into a haunted house, with cigarette odor in the master level, dirty, stained, and stinky bedding. I left with an allergy reaction from the extreme dust; photos show an air conditioner that barely works, a ceiling fan that only serves decorative purposes. I’ve stayed elsewhere for the same price that was much cleaner and more pleasant for resting.
