The place sits perfectly close to New York, and the public transport is spot‑on, literally right on the doorstep. However, it isn’t really suitable for families larger than two, especially if you value privacy, since the accommodation is shared; it does work well for solo or young travelers and is ideal for a short stay.

It’s a 20‑minute bus ride from the central station that links NY to NJ. The shared‑bathroom room isn’t fit for three adults—besides the double bed, there’s a sofa bed only 1.50 m long, suitable for a child up to 10 years old, not an adult.

The location and rooftop views are nice, but the lack of toilet paper from the day we arrived was annoying; the bathroom and trash cans were dirty, the bedding wasn’t clean, and there was no dishware.
