“A very disappointing experience.”

The room itself was fine, but everything else fell short. The TV was dead, the dish connection didn’t work, and the apps were unusable. Worse, there was no geyser or hot water in the bathroom, so I had to take a cold shower. Tea and coffee weren’t available, even if I paid for them. The on‑site kitchen was closed, so breakfast, lunch and dinner were impossible. When I asked for a kettle, hot water, tea/coffee, meals, or TV help, the staff flat‑out told me to cancel my booking and find another hotel. The price was way too high for the services offered, and the customer service was terrible.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Aligarh and had mixed feelings about my experience. The room was spacious and conveniently located near the bus stand, which was a definite plus. However, things took a turn for the worse when I arrived, as the hotel staff informed me that they had incorrectly listed the room's capacity for three people, and they could only provide an extra bedding instead of the expected second queen-size bed.

My stay at a hotel in Aligarh was marred by a few issues, but the ambiance of the room itself was quite pleasant and more than sufficient for my needs. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to seep into the room itself.
