The bedding, location, and staff were all good, but there was some flaking paint on the bathroom furniture, the floor near the bathtub was warped from water at the bathtub/bathroom intersection, and the overall finish was not impeccable.

The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and close to the Étang de Berre, with a very large, firm bed and friendly, welcoming staff. The TV was a bit low for watching from the bed, and there were two extra pillows missing for added comfort.
