“An amazing stay with wonderful staff who made my wife’s birthday celebration truly special.”

We came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond throughout our stay and made us feel completely at home, as if we were staying at our own place. The staff were truly amazing and made our celebration even more special. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful, especially the amazing staff and their hospitality

“Excellent”

The Riad was lovely, the manager was very helpful and walked with us to book our airport taxi, really thankful to him. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well, they helped us loads during our stay. If I go back I will definitely stay here. Just a bit of a walk to centre but that’s fine because we went there to travel and explore.

Everyone on the team was very helpful, kind, and considerate, from manager Anass to the staff Ousamma, Idris, and Brian. El Riad is pleasant, well decorated and maintained, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. Local craft details like lamps, cornices, and geometric moldings add charm. The painted ceilings and the small mosaic pool are nice touches. The breakfast is plentiful and traditional. The tour services, such as the hot‑air balloon ride, are excellent, the food is tasty, and the terrace enjoys a gentle, refreshing breeze that makes it even more enchanting.
