“Overall my stay was good”

The room was decent and the breakfast was fine, but the room wasn’t clean every day.

“Van transport schedule was great! The two drivers I met were personable & helpful; one was an African-American man”

The rooms were nicely furnished with functional touches, such as the arrangement of the outer bathroom area with a refrigerator, sink, coffeemaker, etc. It was noisy along the Mockingbird side; I’m not sure if extra noise‑blocking ideas around the windows might help.

“Very nice stay at a great value.”

The hotel is very close to Dallas Love Field airport. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant, and they helped us with a late checkout after our late flight on the last day. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well kept. The room could have used some upgrades: the outlet by the bathroom sink wasn’t fully accessible because of its placement and the fridge was taking up that spot, and the main sleeping/living area needed better lighting.
