The balcony view was great and the place was clean. The bathroom lacked a shower tray under the sink, which made the whole bathroom wet. The bed mattresses were firm and you could feel the springs.

We stayed for one night. Overall it was good for a single night. The staff were very friendly. The shower in the bathroom was not separated from the rest of the space and it flooded the whole toilet area with water.

Checking in was very easy. However, there was no reception present when we arrived. We had to request a hairdryer via WhatsApp because the rooms didn’t have them as listed on booking. After some time they brought a hairdryer, which was nice. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, so we had to ask for it, but they didn’t reply, so we couldn’t use the bathroom anymore.

The place feels like home; it sits right in the center, only a few minutes from the supermarket and Stepantsminda’s main square, offering a 360‑degree mountain view. The hosts, Tato, are incredibly warm and make you feel like family, while Anna keeps smiling and welcoming despite the language gap, adding a special touch. We even shared a memorable barbecue night on the property. ❤️
